I myself download a lot of shared material from Youtube. I am a rail enthusiast, and a lot of people like me upload their own camcorder movies of interesting or unusual rolling stock movements. Also I have recently got a lot of home videos of things like electrical storms and interesting weather phenomena for a college project my girlfriend is doing.

pinkfloyd, don't bother with that site you mentioned, get a Firefox plugin and that's all you'll need.

Merged your topic into the discussion Dias de verano, unlocked, and I'd agree with you on this situation since many of the videos on YouTube are not copyrighted this question can be answered. Personally I'd not use the utility you suggested and either use a Firefox plugin as mentioned above and/or try the suggestions found on the below document.
