      Please post more info:

      1) Are you overclocking? If so, stop it and see if the problem goes away.

      2) What CPU? What motherboard? How old is it? What memory?

Generally the failures you describe indicate a bad motherboard. It could be your BIOS is freaking out, you may want to consider seeing if there's an upgrade for it. If the system is old you may want to check to see if your motherboard battery is still good. Although it dying shouldn't cause your system to be unstable because the bios defaults should be safe, it is something to consider (I have a system that gets cranky with bios defaults, go figure).

You could try reseating your RAM.

You could also try a different power supply to see if its gone bad.

There's nothing in those error numbers that would indicate a failing MBoard...
Let's try not to assume too much here.

Do you know how to run Checkdisk?

        http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265

Please run this and let us know if you have any errors.

Are you running any antivirus software or spyware software? Can you tell us the version?

The above error, most likely has nothing to do with RAM, or any other hardware.
Check Event Viewer, and see what it says about the error when it happens.

In the Event Viewer, look under "Windows Logs" and "Application" and look for anything there with Warning or Error near the time where you saw this error, as well as the "System" part of the logs.
Is there anything in there that stands out?

There are possible solutions to your problem, but more info is needed, first.
            1. How big is your hard drive, and how much of a free space left?
            2. What is the name of the folder, where you keep your video files?
            3. Does the above folder have video files only?
            4. Are all files in .avi format?
            5. The error occurs when you try to access that folder, or when you try to open some .avi file?
            6. What media player do you use to open video files?
            7. Do you have Photoshop installed?
