Hi,

I just got pcanywhere so I can connect my home computer to my office computer. I bought the Host version but can't figure out how to use it. I read the instructions but they seem to be geared toward the remote to host version.
Can anybody help me?

You need the host version on your office PC and the client version on your home PC.  Then you need to know the IP address (if connecting via the Internet) of your office PC and use that in a Network connection from PCAnywhere at your home.

I would need much more information about how you plan to connect, what types of computers, etc. to help you better.

I was told that one version (the host version) would be ok, for both computers.

My home computer is a Dell (unfortunately) and my office computer is a Gateway.

I have cable internet for both and hoped to connect that way, but I am open to another suggestions.
