Best looking desktop computer
« on: March 07, 2009, 12:45:46 PM »
With paudashlake's thread on top ugly desktop I thought I'd create this post for pics and links of the best linking desktop. No posting pictures of your own desktop since that would be bias. :)

Here is my vote:

Visually inside and out looks great. Although not crazy about the HDD's being 5400RPM.

Isn't the "ASUS Air" and "Antec Skeleton Open Air" two different things? In any case visually I agree that case would look great and definately be a conversation piece. But I personally don't think I'd use that for a build of mine since it seems open cases always generate more noise and having all your computer components exposed like that would seem risky if you had pets, kids, and/or eat or drink around the computer.

But if this does happen to be your next build be sure to post pictures. :)

you might need to move the slider over to see em all

<admin edit> I changed your links to make them shorter so it doesn't make the thread horizontally long.

Not kidding. There was a time when everything was so simple, and where you didnt have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

True, I do have one, however, I no longer use it.

I like the idea that Macintosh got with the CD drives, eventually, where they were pretty much just part of the case and there were no breaks. I find Macs ugly, however, the way they are all together can be nice. There are "All-in-one" PC's though..  I like the ones Microsoft invested in... I dont have that photo ready though.
