Hi! First time user. Am running Windows XP, Internet Explorer, Charter cable. When I am on a legitimate web site, I click on a menu item, the page appears for about 3 seconds and then disappears. Happens on several websites but only on certain links. Security is set at medium, cookies enabled. Thanks for any help.
