I know I only have 128 RAM and a slow processor as that is what the other guys have told me. So I thought I would see about downgrading back to my old OS to see if that works. I have a new machine also but this one is my backup one and for games and stuff for my granddaughter. But we can't even get to anything hardly cause it's so slow getting there or doing anything. I like to never got to this posting as it must have taken me 10 minutes to crawl there!
Thanks in advance to everyone who offers their suggestions/help.

Let's stop making assumptions and wait for the original poster to come back with specs. You can't tell someone they need to go out and get a new machine if you don't know what they've already got.
