You know the pokemon Sudowoodo here (I have no idea how I know that name)? Well I just realised why they named it that.

#1. (often used in combination) not genuine but having the appearance of; "a pseudo esthete"; "pseudoclassic"
#2. Woodo (rhymes)

Total meaning: Having the appearance of wood...

I always read it as, pseudowoodo, kind of.

Although IIRC he was stone-type.


Gold and Silver were about as far as I was willing to follow it.
