      Download Everest

Open it, click Computer, then Summary.
In upper menu, go Report>Quick Report-Summary
Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.

Hm... according to Patios site, you can upgrade that Processor to a Pentium 4 instead.

That board uses a Socket 478.

A Pentium 4 would run much faster than a Celeron.
Don't forget to give thanks if I was able to help ya! Please?

Beware ashiful as Intel now only do socket 775 you can get old P4 pentiums for socket 478 but I bet only on ebay or some second hand site

              I disagree.

                Told you

                http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_478
for those of you who are thinking of changing a chip beware 478 refers to pins on the micro chip both amd and intel fazed them out as two many pins were being bent rendering the chip useless and they have both gone for the board to have the contacts and NOT the chips plus they use a clasp system a bit like closing a mouse trap thus ensuring the closing force is distributed evenly you still might be able to get 478 based chips  new and  boxed but I think they will be used

If you know what you are doing...pay attention and take your time installing a 478 CPU is as simple as any other CPU...

Again as i stated...a feeble beware warning.

Just make sure you buy a 478 cpu and not a 775 on accident
