I get on this one website and when I try to upload a picture, a box appears with "GIF89a" in it, nothing else. A screencap-
http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/9766/gif89a.jpgI read that it's a .dll file, so I searched for it, but I don't have it, and I have no idea where to get it. All I could find was animation programs, and I don't want those.
My computer is Windows Vista (the joy), Service Pack 2, 64-bit, with Kaspersky Antivirus. I get the same error in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, both up to date, and I have the most recent Flash and Java updates.
I know it's just my computer because it works completely fine on another. I just need it to work on this one. :/
