    You could try a repair install of Windows and see if that fixes it.

    Sorry, I'm running out of ideas here.  :-\

    Seeing as this seems to be the only issue, it's a bit difficult to pinpoint the cause.

      I tried that, it asks for administators password. I don't know the password. As far as I remember I didn't use any password (just hit enter) when I installed XP

      I don't know if I want to re-intall windows and mess everything up.

      Maybe I can install another WinXP on a different partition. I know how to do that but its a lot of work.  Maybe I shiould just live my program being in small  screen. I have another computer but it's Windows7 64 bit and my program won't work on it at all.

      Well, if it's doing it when the program isn't even running, there's is a bigger problem than just your program.

        I installed XP in another partition.

        And it works ok.

        So it must be the XP installation.

        There's a way to repair it with the installation CD but you need the Administrator's password.

        I don't know the Administrator's  password, As remember when I installed WindowsXP I didn't enter any password I just hit enter.
