the refresh order does not work .
What is the reason plz !!

Normally when i press refresh .means re-loading the page. And the screen flicker.
Now. This is not done. And it seems like i did not press anything

What is it on the desktop that you are trying to refresh? As was asked above, what do you expect to happen?
