"OUT OF RANGE" MESSAGE ON MONITOR

I changed the resolution and accidentally set it too high.  Now I cannot see anything except a black screen with a blue message box that says : OUT OF RANGE and has the required frequency setting along with my current frequency setting.  I cannot access anything.  please help me!

Boot the computer into Safe Mode and you should be able to correct this issue. Information about getting into safe mode can be found on the below document.
