Generally most users will upload their website to the web server using a FTP software program. You'll need to get the FTP server address, however, it's usually the same name as your server except with "ftp." in the front. For example if Computerhope was hosting your server you'd ftp to ftp.computerhope.com. If that doesn't work I'd suggest contacting your web host.
