cant connect to internet.

i cant connect to the internet. my psp can connect so i know its not my router. but everytime i open up ie it says the page cant be displayed. anyone know any possible solutions

oh sorry i was in a rush. i am using xp. i have wireless, but neither the wireless nor the hardline will work anymore. when i hook up the wireless it says i have a great connection. if you need any other specifics just let me know
