Linksys Wireless-G Monitor

ok i have a linksys wireless-g card the card works great,but the wireless monitor is going on my nerves,whenever i try playing games errors come poping out and closes my game or slow them down.so i tryed to remove that prgram,but now it wont conect at all.

i know the password and i already did this before it just wont work now.

Here are some picture on how i do it (DON'T WORRY THIS IS NOT A VIRUS, IM JUST A REAL PISSED OFF PERSON RIGHT NOW)

Actually i put it back on but now i cant play games good coz it closes my games.

1.I'm using windows xp sp2
2.I think i said the it has found a internal error or something
3.Insignia D400, 512 RAM,Pentium 4, 15 gig hard drive 128mb ati radeon 9250 pci (non express).i think thats it.
4.the version of the wireless-g moitor is 4.2 and the game is rf online
5.i actually didnt install nothing after installing the game.and this have been occuring after several fresh copies of system's (OS)

Sorry i didnt know that.
