What program do you use to burn music CD?
« on: August 30, 2008, 11:26:06 AM »
Free programs, only, please.
I'm tired of 100GB monsters like Nero, and Roxio...

I've never used it to burn music CD, so does it work good?
I'll also wait for other votes...

      I'm allergic to WMP :)
Infra Recorder looks interesting. Does it burn mp3 straight to music CDs, so they can be played on any CD player?
Another feature, I definitely want is volume level control, so all tracks have same volume level.

Has satisfied every attempt I've done for making CDs. Honestly, the only time I'm doing audio CDs though is for other people. So I'm not that avid of a audio CD creator. :)

OK. So, I tried CDBurnerXP, and I wasn't happy.
It left several seconds long gaps between tracks, despite selecting gap-less burning.
For now, I settled down for InfraRecorder. Works great!
