BIOS PROGRAMING

I RECENTLY PLACED A NEW HARDDRIVE IN MY COMPUTER. I AM TRYING TO PLACE WINDOWS ON MY COMPUTER AND IT WONT BOOT THE DISK. I WAS ADVICED TO PROGRAM THE BIOS TO ACCEPT THE DISC. HOW DO I THAT????

    Friend plz give some more information. Which windows you are trying to install? What are the system specifications?
    And be sure to check wheather your BIOS support large hard disk drives or not, bcz I think that you install a large size hard disk...
