    Recovery DvD

    I have started the disk, it has now finish. But when i add my product key it says that it's unveiled.

    So im stuck here at the page that won't take me key....! Any ideals anyone.

      Might i add that it is the one that was made for the puter... Disk has no scratches on it or nothing.

              Keys are not on DVDs. They're on a sticker on your computer.

                    the laptop is a MDG product. come with win xp pro, all original. the recover dvd is the one sent with the computer...? I don't know what more u need or r asking

                    MDG is a Canadian computer store chain, they don't make computers. Many people on the Web say they have really bad customer service, is this why you have not contacted them?

                          I think you should find your sales receipt if you can, but first you should read the MDG XP User Guide book that you should have got with your laptop. It tells you what to do if you get a message saying that your product key is invalid. On page 9. Or maybe you did this already? here is a link to the online version.
