Besides this has been the law in a lot of places- I believe the UK has a similar responsibility clause.

and does this have anything to do with pirating too?
and 404 on that 2nd link geek
also so wifi routers would have to store everyting you do? What if you dont have a hard drive in it? Wont people find a wayto hack it? Why doesnt the isp just store it all?
