CGA was primary for 3 years (1983-1986)
and was used for 7 years (1983-1990)

what kind of backwards logic needs to be applied to even suggest that the time something remains in use is directly proportional to the completely personal quantity of "how good it is" anyway?

Have you ever used windows 2000? Which is to say, have you ever been put into a situation where you can actually create a informed opinion rather then a contrived opinion siphoned from the minds of Linux/Unix zealots who claim that Windows suffers from code bloat without realizing that all the Linux distros have grown in size almost as much.

aha as i said lots of people quote themselves without adding information

there's no information to add.

CGA was primary for 3 years (1983-1986)

Which gave rise to the success of Hercules and a number of other companies.

hercules was a sucess for busness because of the text quality
but was a flop for home users because of its monochrome and unsuitable for games
