Regular may refer to any of the following:

1. Generally, regular describes anything that is average, standard, unchanged, or consistent. For example, a user may perform a regular monthly check on their computer for malware, which means it's done monthly and on the same date.

2. With a font, Regular is shown when the font has no style. In other words, the font is not bold, italic, or underlined. Typically, this is the default behavior.
