validation tool

tried to use validation tool to download from microsoft and was told that my validation tool was no longer supported and that i needed to download updated version but i cant find updated version to downnload can anyone help me.

    win xp,  home ed.,  ver 2002,  sp2, intel (r), pentium (r) 4, cpu 2.80ghz, 2.80 ghz, 480 mb ram
