Short for non-disclosure agreement, NDA is an agreement a tester or developer makes to a company, indicating they will not disclose any of the company's intellectual property or secrets. For example, if you are beta testing a game, you usually agree to a NDA, which means you cannot post anything about the game while it's being tested.
