National Security Agency

Shorthand for Nobody But Us, NOBUS is an acronym used internally by the NSA (National Security Agency) of the United States government describing an identified risk or exploit in a system. When they find a NOBUS flaw in a system, the NSA believes they can use the exploit to gain an advantage that foreign entities and agencies cannot. NOBUS vulnerabilities are often identified and utilized exclusively by the NSA with no notification to any party.
