QuickWeb is a new interface designed by HP (Hewlett Packard) and used with recent HP computers. This user interface can be loaded when the computer starts up, separate from the Windows operating system. With the simple click of the HP QuickWeb launch button, the QuickWeb interface is available and ready to use.
Using QuickWeb allows a user to access the Internet and browse web pages as well as access e-mail and personal calendars (e.g., Google Calendar and Windows Live). QuickWeb also allows users to engage in video conversations with friends and family on Skype, hang out on Facebook, listen to music, and view photos. QuickWeb works with a Wi-Fi signal or a wired network connection and can be set up and ready to go within a few minutes.
