    Strange....

    So you download this to desktop:
    http://z2.invisionfree.com/ComputerHelp/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=4141692

    Right Click the .reg file on the desktop and go to Merge.

    If there is no Merge, Right Click and go to Properties and can you tell us what it is?
    there is no merge.

    type of file:registration files

    opens with: firefox

    not really sure what you need to know

    Click Browse and go to C:\WINDOWS\ and find Regedit or Regedit.exe.
    Click OK and OK.
    Now try to open it.

      Now try to open it.

      when i open it a message comes up asking if i want to add file to registry.i click yes then a message comes up to confirm registration.i then ok it. these messages come up every time i open it.

      You did good this time. Your problem was messed up file association.
      Restart computer.

            still nothing.

            you guys have been great.will need to get someone to come and look at it.
