Tactile output

Updated: 07/06/2021 by Computer Hope

Tactile output is a technology that provides the user with a physical response when providing input. For example, some smartphones have a tactile output of a small bumping feeling when touching the touch screen. By giving the user a physical response as they type, it gives the user a feeling similar to what they get when typing on a physical keyboard.
