BookStack

Created in 2015 by Dan Brown, BookStack is an app for managing, organizing, and finding files on your computer. The BookStack tool allows users to sort all of their documents into a 3-level hierarchy system. Files are stored in "books" which contain subsequent "chapters" that hold "pages". Additionally, BookStack contains a built-in document creator and editor with a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface.
BookStack is a free-to-use, open-source project available for download through the GitHub platform.
