12/29/2001 - eMachines is the latest company to receive a NASDAQ warning about a possible delisting of its stock, as the company struggles to pump up slowing sales and its sagging stock price. The company has until March 20 to get its share price above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days, or it faces the possibility of getting kicked off the NASDAQ. This information came from a warning letter the exchange sent the company last week.
