How to enter BIOS or CMOS setup without using a keyboard
Accessing the BIOS or CMOS setup for a computer requires the use of a keyboard. If you don't have a functional keyboard connected to a computer, you will not be able to access the BIOS or CMOS setup. We suggest either borrowing someone else's keyboard or buying a replacement.
If you have a keyboard with only some keys that don't work, see our page on how to troubleshoot and attempt to fix non-functional keys.
Once you have a working keyboard, you can then access the computer's BIOS or CMOS setup.
