Internet Explorer Favorites

Sometimes abbreviated as fav, a favorite is a feature found in Microsoft Internet Explorer that allows a user to save the locations to their favorite Internet locations. Similar to Netscape's and Firefox bookmarks. To view the favorites in Internet Explorer click the star icon in the top-right corner of the browser window, as shown in the picture.

If you forget to favorite a page and have forgotten the address, you can view your browser history to find the page, then bookmark it. For more information, see: How do I view my Internet browser's history?
