1. GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a business approach to understanding overall management, prioritizing risks, and conforming to the requirements that allow it to achieve objectives. GRC activities may focus on an individual area or department (e.g., IT (information technology)) or be a complete enterprise framework. A company may use GRC to meet reliability goals, remove uncertainty, and meet compliance requirements.

2. Short for Gibson Research Corporation, GRC is operated by Steve Gibson and offers information about network security and tools to help test for vulnerabilities in your computer or network.
